    Bur you cannot move the pulley up & down to change the line of force. It can be only upper or lower force lines.

    Do you ever use the trolleys to do press exercises with the 25mm tubes?are they smooth or do they tilt heavily to the side?

    I saw a video where the latch hook fit in the middle of the trolley so you could rerack it at any hole, is there a reason you couldn’t?

    Esta metiendo un peso que esta compensando inclinando todo su cuerpo, es absudo. El ejercicio hay que hacerlo adelantando una pierna y manteniendo un equilibrio de forma que si se rompiese el cable te mantuvieses en el lugar, como se le rompiese el cable a este hombre tendria que ir a un cirujano que le reconstruya la cara y el ego .

      I have a sketchy idea… I wonder if mad spotter hooks could be attached to the barbell to create the same effect. They’re rated for 250lbs/hook

    For the hooks, and and latch pins do you they them for 1 inch holes?

      Yes they do! When ordering, be sure to email them your rack 2x2, 2x3, 3x3 or anything in between and hold size 5/8 or 1 inch. If you have holes on the sides of your rack great! If you don't you'll have to get what I got in the video! It works for both 5/8 and 1 inch. Thanks for your support!

      I contacted SYL Fitness to ask about the latch hook for their Power Rack Trolley Pulley System. On their website they no longer advertise the latch hook for sale. I want the basic pulley, but I won’t purchase it without the latch hook. For my needs, it’s useless without the latch hook.

    It looks like it wobbles a little side to side. How close to an actual Smith does it feel? Great demonstration btw!

      It's close but not 100% commercial quality feel. They had to custom cut the trolleys to fit my 2.5" x 2.5" rack so the tolerances are a little loose. The ones on their website dedicated 2x2, 2x3, 3x3 should fit more snug. Thanks for watching!

    I do similar, but with resistance bands. Easy to move them to different heights etc. Looks a good setup though! 👍

    I took that design and used it in my power rack, well made a few changes. I used 2 pulleys on the back of the power rack and connected them to the weight at the bottom and made 2 sets of pulleys as the outer fly part. The outer fly part then could be adjusted via the spotter arms/ connected to the bottom or top of the rack. Then having 2 pulleys from weight to handle stops the heavy pull you feel trying to do the exercise and you feel more stable
